Hours: 37.5 per week (8:30am - 5:00pm

Supplying cutting edge brands such as L’Oréal, Wella, Goldwell, Schwarzkopf, Olaplex and many more, makes us a one stop shop for the industry.
We’re seeking an Ecommerce Assistant to join our friendly team at Head Office in the outskirts of Brighton.
Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager, you’ll be working within our ecommerce team ensuring product data and information through all company online platforms is accurate and up to date, minimising issues impacting user experience. Other duties include:
Key responsibilities
- Adding and removing products, training courses and categories
- Setting up promotions within the content management system
- Creating landing pages for promotional campaigns and new product launches
- Regular auditing to check for missing or incorrect information
- Analysis of sales and visitor statistics
- Uploading blog and other non-product content
- Optimising results for on-site visitor searches
We expect you to be a team player who will get involved in other elements of the business if required.
Your skills and experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Background in administration
- Experience of working in an ecommerce environment is preferred but not essential
