1) By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
2) The prize draw is being run by Fern Insight, on the behalf of Capital (Hair and Beauty) Ltd Crowhurst Corner, Crowhurst Road, Brighton, BN1 8AP, United Kingdom
Eligibility to Enter
3) The prize draw is open to entrants over 16 years of age who have completed Capital Hair & Beauty September 2024 Customer Survey in full.
4) Any person that:
a) is an employee of Capital Hair & Beauty or its holding or subsidiary companies;
b) is an employee of agents or suppliers of Capital Hair & Beauty or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the prize draw or its administration;
c) works at Capital Hair & Beauty or any other subsidiaries owned or operated by Capital Hair & Beauty; or
d) is a member of the immediate families or households of (a), (b) or (c) above; is not eligible to enter the prize draw. Capital Hair & Beauty reserves the right to disqualify any person that it knows is, or has reasonable grounds to believe is, ineligible for the prize draw as a result of this condition.
5) In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
6) A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
7) The prize draw is free to enter.
How to Enter
8) Capital Hair & Beauty will contact individuals who are on the mailing list. Upon completion of the survey, participants will see an opt-in box to enter the free raffle prize draw. Guests will then need to tick the box to confirm that they wish to enter the prize draw. They will then be automatically entered into the draw.
9) Entries after the survey has closed will not be included in the draw.
10) Capital Hair & Beauty will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
The Prize
11) There is one prize draw of a £200 Amazon voucher
12) Capital Hair & Beauty’s use of specific brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
13) The winner will be drawn at random and supervised by an independent person.
14) The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
15) We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
16) The decision of Capital Hair & Beauty regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Winner Announcement
17) The winner will be notified by Fern Insight on behalf of Capital Hair & Beauty after 1st October 2024 via the email contacted as part of the survey process.
18) Fern Insight will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times.
19) If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Capital Hair & Beauty reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
Receipt of the Prize
20) Please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.
Data Protection and Publicity
21) You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Capital Hair & Beauty for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy policy.
22) All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting elliot@ferninsight.com.
23) The winner agrees to the release of their first name to other prize draw participants if requested via Capital Hair & Beauty.
24) All personal information shall be used in accordance with Capital Hair & Beauty’s privacy policy.
Limitation of Liability
26) Capital Hair & Beauty does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that Capital Hair & Beauty does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.
27) Capital Hair & Beauty does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty and the product are that of the prize winner.
General
28) If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Capital Hair & Beauty may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the prize draw.
29) In the event of any dispute regarding these terms and conditions, the conduct or results of the prize draw, or any other matter relating to a prize draw, the decision of Capital Hair & Beauty shall be final and unchallengeable and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into, comment issued, or reason given in respect of any decision made by Capital Hair & Beauty.
30) Capital Hair & Beauty reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend all or any part of the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so. Any changes to these terms and conditions, or cancellation of the draw, will be posted on the Website. It is the responsibility of entrants to keep themselves informed as to any changes to the terms and conditions.
31) Capital Hair & Beauty reserves the right at any time, and from time to time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently the Prize Draw at the end of any given month without notice.
32) The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
